Each project will be governed by a specific agreement detailing the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
You agree to cooperate fully with Engage and provide all necessary access to information and materials required for Engage to deliver the services. You also agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
All intellectual property created by Engage, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and written content, remains the property of Engage until payment has been made in full, at which point ownership will transfer to you, the client.
Fees for services will be set out in the specific agreement for each project. Payment terms, including any deposits, payment schedules, and late fees, will also be specified in each agreement.
You may cancel services with Engage by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. Engage reserves the right to terminate services if these Terms are violated, with notice as required by law.
Engage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Engage reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms by posting a notice on our website.
